I knew many things about it but was not able to jot down the appropriate reason to prove it so i found a topic searching through the internet which i would like to place on this forum so that we can stretech our discussion on the basis of some know How. Healthy
To understand the concept of healthy, we have to first under stand that a person considered in ‘zero health’ is a person who is dead. All individual organi - sms, from the simplest to the most complex, vary between optimum health and zero health (dead).

In the medical field, health is commonly defined as an organism’s ability to efficiently respond to challenges (stressors) and effectively restore and sustain a “state of balance,” known as homeostasis.

Another widely accepted definition of health is that of the World Health Organization “WHO”. It states that “health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity”[1]. In more recent years, this statement has been modified to include the ability to lead a “socially and economically productive life.” The WHO definition is not without criticism, as some argue that health cannot be defined as a state at all, but must be seen as a process of continuous adjustment to the changing demands of living and of the changing meanings we give to life.


Which basically means that all of us are healthy to a certain degree. Only the levels change – with time, with age, with new environmental factors that come into our lives. Which is why just as we check the weather everyday, we need to check our health levels. Lest something has changed and we are not as healthy as we would like to be. Health is a three point pyramid made up of the following: food, exercise and mental state.
Step one of the triangle
Let’s begin with the one thing that binds us all, especially us South Asians – our love for food. Food is and has always been the center of all our celebrations. And now that we live in a country that has its own set of festivals and celebrations, we have double reasons to celebrate. The only problem is that between Diwali and Christmas, Easter and Holi, there is just too many rich foods, too many chocolates and other kinds of sweets and just too many late nights. Couple that with the lack of exercise and you have got yourself a health problem. It also does not help to know that are prone to Diabetes, Hyper tension and Heart Disease.


Now what i actually think is not that we can really reverse the aging process of our body. But the aging process of the body can be slowed down henve keeping us younger and fit for more time.

According to many people and Youga specilists Youga plays a major role in slowing down the aging process. When we talk about the concept of reversing aging process it means that everything is done from the harmons. As the person grows up and apparently seems to be getting old, in reality its harmons get sluggish and some special harmons in the human mind makes it go aged.


According to one research after the age of 32 for women and 36 for man the body tendencies seems to be weaken and the harmons starts growing weaker and weaker and our inteeletual capabilites our mental power the skin the cornea in the eys everything stretches. That is the old age and harmons suppose if doesnt behave in a traditional way they do the person would never grow older. According to some people the breathing thropies can help most body parts to stay younger. Rest are the exercises and the yoga.

Researchers have found that regular gentle exercise by older people can help them to have the muscle strength of a much younger person. An active 80-year old can have the same muscle strength as a sedentary 20-year old. The research showed that a person's muscle structure changes as they grow older and that their tendons stretch more. This makes older people more susceptible to injuries and aching joints. Taking regular light exercise was found to offset this by boosting muscle performance, increasing the stability, strength and power of the participants and by stiffening the tendons to the level of a much younger person.
